The Boone County Justice Center (BCJC) project was approved by the Council in a 4-2 vote.
Tony Teal, pictured here, spoke out in favor of the project.
The BCJC is a significant infrastructure project for the future of Boone County. District 4 deserves a councilman who will support the project to its successful completion without political conflict.
